    Here is some information about our hiring process

  • Step 1

    Send us your resume

    We start with an analysis of your resume in detail. For this, we suggest that you read through our website in detail and then in your resume, include your skills and experience that align with our mission, values, the issues we care about and our projects. Tell us about the projects you’ve worked on or led/managed. If you are a recent university graduate or have limited work experience, include school-related projects or coursework that demonstrate relevant skills and knowledge. If you pursued something outside of school/college that would tell us more about you, share it with us. We will enjoy reading about your work and your interests.

  • Step 2

    We will set up a virtual chat

    If we feel you might be a match, we will set up a time to have a short conversation over phone or video. This will with our HR manager to assess key skills.

  • Step 3

    We will set up an in-depth interview:

    At this stage, we will set up a detailed conversation with the P4i team. Our questions will be mostly open-ended to understand you, how you interact with a team, and what your strengths, weaknesses and interests are. In the end, we want to assess if you and P4i are a match.

  • Step 4

    Written assessment

    Following the interview, we might give you a short assignment. Depending on the position you are applying for this assignment will be to gauge your written, design, research and strategic thinking abilities.

  • Finally, as an organisation, we believe that only when everyone is vaccinated is the threat of COVID-19 truly over. For the safety of our team, we will be unable to hire anybody who is not vaccinated/has voluntarily chosen not to get vaccinated.
